This Remake Hits Different I loved the original trilogy of this movie. I was even invited to the Premier of the third installment, so this franchise has a real place in my heart. I didn’t rewatch the original movie beforehand so I had fresh eyes and mind for the story. I didn’t want to ...
‘Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy’ Review: This Will Break Your Heart
Same Bridget, Just A New Chapter Bridget is all grown up with two kids and a house but unfortunately is back on the market. Not a spoiler as it’s in the trailer, that Mark Darcy has passed away. It’s all very sad but a real story that many will relate too. Bridget herself is the same ...
‘Captain America: Brave New World’ Review: I’m Not Angry Just Disappointed
Was This A Filler Film? This sounds kind of harsh, but it’s also how I feel. The movie has got on a really bad time slot within the movie calendar. It’s also the first (proper) Marvel movie after the success of Deadpool and Wolverine. Yes, I’m prepared. I’m pretending like Kraven didn’t ...

‘Venom: The Last Dance’ Review: Goodbye…I Guess
A Movie Of Two Halves As straight forward as I can be, the beginning sucked. It was really slow, boring and didn’t give much of anything to keep me intrigued. However, the ending of this movie was giving me everything! Action scenes, surprisingly emotional and an ending to be proud of. ...
‘Smile 2’ Review: A Sequel To Smile About
Creepy and Gross This movie leads you into a false sense of security on they type of horror you’re watching. There’s a lack of jump scares for the first 40 minutes or so which makes you feel safe in your seat. Till the movie starts to build and it’s happening all the time. Smile 2 is a ...
‘Speak No Evil’ Review: Suspense On Steroids
If You Can't Say Something Nice…RUN! I’ve not seen the original movie, so it was safe to say I was watching this with fresh terrified eyes. Speak, no evil is a suspenseful thriller, which kept me at the edge of my seat till the end of the movie. This was a social anxiety nightmare which ...
‘Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’ Review: Tim Burton Makes A Comeback
Is Tim Burton Back? It feels like years since we’ve had a proper Tim Burton movie. That’s because it has been years. Frankenweenie came out in 2012 but it last great Tim Burton movie for me was Corpse Bride in 2005. Nearly 20 years! This movie was everything I expected from a Tim Burton ...
